The BRHA Animal Care and Adoption Center has a small retail outlet that sells pet supplies and animal shelter related merchandise. All proceeds from the sale of these items directly benefit the shelter. If your're looking for that unique gift or something new for your furry best friend, stop by the shelter (hours and location).

Identify Your Pet

We can't say this enough - Please put identification on your pet! There's no better way to guarantee their safe return if they are ever lost or stolen. The BRHA can help.

Personalized Pet Tags - We sell engraved metal tags in a variety of shapes and sizes. Tags are engraved while you wait. Prices start at $6.00.

Engraved Buckle Collars - We sell collars with your pet's information engraved on the buckle. While you wait.

Microchips - A microchip is small integrated circuit about the size of a grain of rice that is inserted under the skin of your pet. It stores identifying information that can be retrieved with a microchip scanner. Most animal shelters and vet clinics have microchip scanners. It's safe, harmless, and takes five minutes. Best of all, it works--read for yourself. The BRHA has the capability to insert and read microchips. Have your pet microchipped at the shelter for $35. Includes lifetime registration.
